Defective Products:
We will accept returns on website purchases within 30 days sfter delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, we also will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The customer is liable to confirm with JOANNE Customer Service Team for a advisable shipping method.

We don't hold any responsibility for the following situation to the products:
  1. Color difference
  2. Size problem because the customer did not read the description carefully before order. (please pay attentions while you are purchasing)
  3.  Other problems which are not the fault of the seller.
  4. Items have been resold as unfinished or finished products.
  5. Items have left from us for 3 months.
If something is damaged during transit, please contact us with 9 photo of the problem item. Or if there has been a mistake on our part, please contact us as well, we will be more than happy to issue a resend, credit note or refund.
(PS. Express shipping fee is nonrefundable.)

Non-defective Products:
Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 7 days from the arrival date of shipment.

The customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused.

We will happily accept returns for any reason, or no reason at all, as long as you follow these rules:
  1. Shipping fee, insurance fees, taxes are nonrefundable.
  2. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  3. Items to be returned or exchanged must be sent back in original condition, with the original number of items. Items must be received by us within 4 weeks of from the date your package was delivered.

Custom order we do not accept any RETURN or REFUND
Prior to returning the product, please contact JOANNE Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization. All products returned to JOANNE must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach Joanne without damage and please note that the parcel is for "return products".

The following information are required when you reflect the problem:
  1. Order number
  2. Items number
  3. Quantity
  4. Image of defective product
